Legal Description: The Northeast Quarter of Section 14-19-5 in McPherson County, KS selling 157 acres more or less.

• FSA reports 158.55 acres total
• FSA reports 64.63 acres cropland and the balance of the land is in pastureland, ponds, creek, and hay meadow. Approximately 69.3 acres pasture and 12.2 acres in hay meadow
• FSA reports a 33.2-acre wheat base with a 43-bushel yield, a 10.23-acre corn base with a 121-bushel yield, and a 15.68-acre sorghum base with a 46-bushel yield. Currently all signed up in the PLC program
