Tract #1

Legal Description: The Southwest Quarter of the Section 21-23-8 in Reno County, KS. Selling 160 Acre more or less.

Tract Located at the corner of Blanchard and Bone Springs Rd. From 50 Highway and 14 Highway go north 3 miles to Blanchard Ave. and West 2 miles.
FSA Reports 158.51 acres of cropland.
FSA Reports 120 acre wheat base with a 42-bushel yield, and a 38 acre grain sorghum base with a 50-bushel yield.
Currently the wheat & sorghum are signed up in the ARC-Co Program.

FSA reports 110.8 acre wheat base with a 47-bushel yield, a 12.1 acre corn base with a 120-bushel yield, a 1.9 acre grain sorghum base with a 63-bushel yield.
