Legal Description: 209' by 209' tract in the SW corner of the NW Quarter of Section 15, Township 21, Range 14 in Coffey County, Kansas.

Terms: The full purchase price will be due and payable day of auction at signing of agreement. The Seller will provide a warranty deed with no further evidence of title or guarantees of any kind. Buyer agrees to accept property in it's present, as is condition. Since the property has not been taxed, there will be no tax proration.
