Q: What is the condition of your books?
A: Our books are new, never browsed, no seconds, no cosmetic blemishes, etc.
Q: Is this the most current edition of this book?
A: Yes. We only carry current in-print stock. We are a direct from the publisher "e-tailer" - only the most recent editions are stocked.
Q: When will my purchase ship?
A: We ship the next USPS business day, Mon.-Fri.
Q: When will my purchase arrive?
A: Normal arrival time is 7-12 business days.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: All purchases are shipped US Postal Service Media Mail only. We don't offer any other shipping options at this time.
Q: Do you actually have this book on hand, ready to ship?
A: We carry over 10,000 books on hand. We are a real business with real inventory. Beware! Some eBay sellers are "Drop Ship" only. A drop ship seller has no inventory, cannot assure the item is in stock, and depends on a 3 rd party to ship & deliver the purchase - normally in about 4-6 weeks. Drop Shippers normally have excess negatives and deceptively low prices.
Q: Can I combine purchases for a single shipment?
A: Sorry, eBay's Instant Payment system doesn't permit combined purchases. Perhaps they will eventually create a shopping cart system, and if they do, we'll be happy to offer it at that time.
Q: Is PayPal the only payment method you accept?
A: PayPal Instant Payment is the only payment method we accept for book purchases. Requiring PayPal Instant Payment allows us to keep our prices low - we never have to e-mail and ask when a customer will pay for their purchase
Q: Is Insurance required?
A: Insurance is indeed mandatory. PayPal requires that a seller must provide a replacement in the event a purchase is lost in shipping. Replacements are hassle free, and done by us directly - you don't have to fill out any forms. We track all shipments via Delivery Confirmation.
Q: Will you ship outside the USA ?
A: PayPal only permits Instant Payment for US shipments. Sorry, it's their requirement, not ours. When PayPal permits otherwise, so will we!
Q: Does this book cover _________ (the subject of interest to you)
A: I'm sorry, but we really can't respond to these sorts of questions. We're a deep discount operation; this requires low overhead and limited staff. Consequently, we only have time to process & ship orders; we can't browse books on your behalf. Sorry!
Q: Will you post positive feedback?
A: We post positive feedback in bulk once per month (usually around the 15th) for all transactions completed in the prior month. We automate this process to save staff time, which in turn allows us to offer the lowest price available for each book.
