Q: What is the condition of your books?
A: Unless a book ad is specifically marked otherwise, our books are new, never browsed, no seconds, no cosmetic blemishes, etc.
Q: Is this the most current edition of this book?
A: Yes. We only carry current in-print stock. We are a direct from the publisher retailer of reference books. Only the most recent editions are stocked, unless the book is specifically marked as a "scuff copy" in the ad.
Q: What is your Returns policy?
A: Video Game Guides: We’re sorry, but video game guides are non-returnable.

  3. Returns must be the exact same new, unused item we shipped you originally.

Q: Will you post positive feedback?
A: Our software is configured to automatically post positive eBay feedback immediately upon payment for your purchase.
Q: Does this book cover _________ (the subject of interest to you)
A: I'm sorry, but we really can't respond to these types of questions. We're a deep discount operation; this requires a low overhead and limited staff. Time doesn't permit us to browse books on your behalf. Sorry!
Q: How much is my ________ (your unique item) worth?
A: I'm sorry, but time doesn't permit us to respond to these types of questions.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover
Q: Do you require shipping insurance?
A: No, we do NOT require customers to pay shipping insurance.
  • USA Customers: We use Delivery Confirmation Tracking for ALL shipments, and insure ALL high value shipments.
  • International Customers: Global Express is the ONLY insured shipping method we offer. All other international orders ship WITHOUT insurance at the customer’s risk - we do NOT replace losses or damage.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
  • A: For USA Customers: Our standard shipping method is US Postal Service Media Mail. Fed-Ex and US Post Office Priority shipping is available thru our checkout for an additional fee.
  • A: For International Customers: US Postal Service only. Options:
    1. US Post Office Global Priority Unpadded Document Mailer (NOT insurable)
    2. US Post Office Priority boxed (NOT insurable)
    3. US Post Office Global Express (insurance & tracking INCLUDED)
  • US Post Office Global Priority Envelope: Books ship in an UNPADDED cardboard mailer supplied by the US Post Office. Most books 3 lb. or less will fit. Check the item description to see if Global Priority envelope shipping is available. Since there is NO padding, books shipped via this method sometimes have bumped corners upon arrival. Global Priority envelopes are NOT insurable and damaged books will not be replaced. This is generally the LEAST expensive way to ship internationally but the customer must bear ALL risk for damage or missing shipments.
  • US Post Office Global Priority boxed & Global Express: Book purchases are shipped boxed. Combined shipping can only be done with Priority & Express. Global Express is recommended for expensive purchases, since this is our ONLY insured shipping option.
